Who we are

4COLORS CO., LTD., trading as United Printers, is a printing and signage company with its office and production in Kathu, Phuket, Thailand. Contact: hello@unitedprinters.asia, +66 9 3693 0520.

What data we collect

When you send a message to our Facebook Page "United Printers" or to our Instagram account @unitedprinters.co, we receive the following through Meta's official Messenger Platform:

• your name, username and profile picture, and the ID that Meta assigns to you for our Page or Instagram account;
• the content of your messages: text, photos, videos, voice messages, files, reactions and replies;
• the date and time of messages and their delivery and read status.

We also keep any information you choose to send us, such as your phone number, email address, company name, delivery address and order details. We never receive your Facebook or Instagram password, and we cannot see your conversations with anyone else.

How we use your data

• to answer your questions and prepare quotes;
• to process and deliver your orders and arrange payment;
• to provide customer support and keep a record of our communication with you.

Our staff read and answer your messages. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or for advertising.

Legal basis

We process your data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to perform a contract with you, for our legitimate interest in keeping business records, and to comply with legal obligations such as accounting and tax rules, in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA).

Where your data is stored and who can see it

Your messages and files are stored in our own customer management system on a cloud server rented by our company. Access is limited to the staff who handle your requests. We share data only with service providers that help us run this system (such as hosting), under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities when the law requires it. Meta processes data on its platforms under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep your data

We keep the history of our conversations for as long as we work with you and, after that, for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or required by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data and get a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw your consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.

How to request deletion of your data

Send an email to hello@unitedprinters.asia with the subject "Data deletion request" and include your name and your Facebook or Instagram name. You can also send the same request to us in Messenger or Instagram. We will delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days and confirm this to you, except for records we must keep by law (for example, invoices).

Deleting a conversation in your own Messenger or Instagram app does not delete it from our records, so please send us a request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
